I am so thankful to be able to live and practice in my hometown! I grew up in Zeeland and graduated from Zeeland High School in 2005. I attended Grand Valley State University and graduated in 2009 with a B.S. in Biomedical Sciences and went on to complete Dental School at the University of Michigan School of Dentistry, graduating in 2013 (Go Blue!). Upon graduation, I served as a Captain in the U.S. Army Dental Corps at Fort Lee, VA from 2013-2016 and at Fort Riley, KS from 2016-2017 and as a Major in the Reserve and Michigan Army National Guard since. Upon leaving Active Duty, I practiced in Grandville for about a year and a half before purchasing the office of Dr. John Frieswyk upon his retirement in September 2018. My wife, Michelle, and children reside in Zeeland.
My primary goals for you and your family are your comfort, good health and giving you the best dental care I can provide. As I get to know you as an individual, please share any questions, concerns or special needs that you may have - no matter how big or small! I practice conservatively and won't push treatment you don't want or need. As many offices choose to go "corporate" and treat you like a number, I will always be a traditional style dentist who gets to know my patients and spends the time to educate you about your oral health. I'd enjoy seeing the entire family and would welcome your children to become regular patients too! I look forward to earning your trust in the months and years ahead and meeting you at your next visit!
